Flight recorder files contain technical logs from the MetaFlight application, while the metacars.db file includes flight data that allows our team to reproduce your flight.

If a support agent asks for these files, please send them using one of the following methods:

• Attach the files directly to your support ticket, if the file size allows it
• Upload the files to a file-hosting service if they are too large, then share the download link in your ticket

We recommend using SwissTransfer for large files.

Once uploaded, simply paste the download link into your support ticket so our team can access the files.
